What is the cost of Are You OK?® program support?
There are no charges for Are You OK?® support. ALL versions of Are You OK?® are supported FREE OF CHARGE
 by phone (612) 309-6455) or by email (orders@ruok.com)  regardless of date of purchase.

Can you hear what is happening withoug picking up the phone?
Yes. You can optionally monitor the call throughthe Way2Call Hi-Phone Desktop Lite.

Does someboody always have to be with the system while Are You OK?® is operating?
No. Are You OK?® is completely automatic. Should and alert occur while no one is in attendance, an alert printout will be
generated automatically. System operators should be instructed to check the printer after having been away.

How many people can Are You OK?® call?
Are You OK?® can handle approximately 150 calls per hour based on a 20-second outgoing message on one phone line.

Can the computer be used for anyhing else?
Yes. Are You OK?®  will operate in the background while the computer is being used for other tasks.

Does Are You OK?® require a custom phone line?
No. The Are You OK?® telephone reaassurance system can be setup in any room that has an outside analot (POTS) phone
line equipped with an industry standard  phone connector.

What does Are You OK?® cost to operate?
The only operating costs for Are You OK?® are the monthly charges for the phone line, electricity for the computer, p
rinter paper and supplies.

Does Are You OK?® support answering machines and voice mail?
Yes, Are You OK?®  has full support for answering machines and voice mail.
