Upon confirmation of you payment, you will receive an email from Are You OK?® informing you of the username and password required to download the Are You OK?® software from www.ruok.com.

Are You OK?® System Requirements

Way2Call Hi-Phone Desktop Lite (www.way2call.com).  This a TAPI compliant telephony device which connects your computer to the phone line. RUOK® will not function without this device.

Computer with 64-bit Windows 7 or a VIRGIN installation of Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 or 3 installed.

One available USB port.  Properly installed sound card and speakers.

A printer: preferably a laser printer installed to your local computer or LAN (Local Area Network).

A speaker  in addition to your regular speakers.  This item is optional, but necessary if you wish to monitor calls.
